Dr. Satish Modh is director, VES Institute of Management, Mumbai. Before joining VESIM he was Professor in Strategy and Associate Dean at the NMIMS University. He completed his doctoral research from University of Mumbai in Business Strategy at JBIMS, Mumbai.

He is one of the founder Director of World Hindu Economic Forum and also the founder and past president of Center for International Studies, Mumbai. Dr. Modh has authored several pioneering books. His latest book is “Arjuna in you”.




Dr. Swati is the Festival Director of “VESIM Literati Fest”. She is currently Area Chair & Associate Professor- Marketing, at Vivekananda Education Society Institute of Management (VESIM), Mumbai. She has also launched a Literature Club in VESIM. The club enables the students to improve their reading and oratory skills along with their overall personality development.

Swati is NET qualified & holds a Ph.D. from University of Lucknow. She has over 13 years of experience in the area of research & teaching in the area of Marketing. Swati is passionate about teaching Fashion Retailing to her students with keen interest in luxury brand management.

Devendra Pai is the Festival Consultant of  “VESIM Literati Fest”. A post graduate in Political Science & currently teaches social sciences to mass media students. He started his career as a journalist with the Asian Age before moving onto Yuva. This was followed by a stint with independent MP Rajeev Chandrasekhar as a Political Analyst. He also worked on the BJP Vision document which was later merged into the party manifesto for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. 

At present he is heading a “Post Graduate Programme in Leadership, Politics and Governance” as its Course Director at RMP’s Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership.



Zankrut Oza is the Festival Administrator of “VESIM Literati Fest”. A Public Speaker & Social Media Trainer currently consults government in digital communication. He has infused four years of experience in Handling Public Relations, Building Brands & working as Integrated Digital Marketing Strategist. He has led the Media Campaign for the 2014 elections for the span of a year called “Modi Bharosa”, a content and analytical platform to support Shri Narendra Modi as PM and bring a change in the nation.

He takes a strong opinion on social matters, environment, politics and represents the Youngistaan of India!
